Managed Hosted PBX's give you a complete PBX solution, including support from trained FaktorTel engineers with setup and constant management. Managed Hosted PBX's are PERFECT for customers prefering a trouble free setup and managed phone solution. Providing us with a list of requirements, FaktorTel can implement and maintain a system to meet your needs.
Additionally, Login Details are provided for access to the web interface. However, upon request, FaktorTel will access your PBX interface to setup new handsets / extensions, IVR's ( where possible ), and call queuing.
Each managed PBX provides a different number of extensions, IVR's and queues. An initial small setup fee covers the implementation and support by our Technical engineers in establishing the PBX system.
