Unmanaged PBX's give you a " Clean Slate " Hosted PBX system. FaktorTel provides you with a fully functional Hosted PBX system. Including a username and password for accessing / managing the PBX via a web interface.

Unmanaged PBX's are offered limited support by FaktorTel Technical Staff via email and telephone.
FaktorTel will NOT access your PBX to create extensions, IVR's, queues or any other features.
The management of the PBX is solely the responsibility of the customer.
