    Divert from PBX - Text Tutorial

    Divert inbound calls immediately to another number that is not listed in the incoming numbers on the PBX.

    1. Click on " Routes " -> " Inbound Routes "
    2. Click on the DID Number you would like to divert.
    3. Add a handler which is called " <Divert-Dial-Out> Divert Call to PSTN "
    4. Set the arguments as below:
    a. How long to ring: 50
    b. Trunk: Choose the customers outbound trunk
    c. String to Prepend: Number sending to. This number requires the " / " symbol on the end. ( E.g. 0755741635/ )
    d. Number of Digits to strip: 0
    e. Dial command options: LEAVE BLANK
