Setting up your own VOIP

Setting up your own VOIP account is quite easy, simply make sure that you have the following:

• To use the FaktorTel Service all you need is a broadband internet connection.
• Broadband Router or Modem supplied by yourself or your ISP. If your not sure if yours is right, please call us on 1300-731-625 and our staff will let you know.

As long as you have the 2 items above you can start using VOIP from anywhere in the country.

Simply choose a package that best suits you and signup. Once we have your order you will receive a username and password to use your account. If you have ordered a free device then your device will be setup and sent to you. All you'll have to do is plug and talk.
