FaktorTel believes in a mutually beneficial and transparent relationship with all of it's customers and therefore offers a 30 day money back guarantee with all FaktorTel residential packages.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period specified for your plan, you will be given a refund of the monthly cost of your package. (Excludes call costs).

Conditions to note:

 

  • The refund amount will be equal to that of the first months, monthly plan charge and does not include call costs or DID / ACMA Number Charges.
  • If a free device has been provided during this period then the device must either:
    • Be returned in the original packaging for re-distribution. (A re-stocking fee of $20 applies)
    • Be paid for in full before any further refund is provided.
  • If a discounted device has been provided during this period then the device must either:
    • Be returned in the original packaging for re-distribution. (A re-stocking fee equal to the difference between the discounted price of the device and $20 will be charged.)
    • Be paid for in full before any further refund is provided.
  • Any account cancelled/terminated by FaktorTel for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.
  • Any funds redeemed from the money back guarantee can only be refunded into the account initially used for payment of the service.
  • The money back guarantee is only available on Residential packages.

To receive a full refund you must let us know why you are not satisfied. This collation of information is used to improve and provide the highest quality of service possible for our present and future customers. To receive a full refund email our billing department and we will send you a cancellation form. Any cancellation request will be effective upon processing of the cancellation form (approx 24hrs). Refund amounts may take upto 30 days to be credited to your account.
