FaktorTel Network Status
The following are network status indicators for each section of the network. Due to the
complexity and redundancy of the network itself a FAILED indicator
may not mean that you have definately lost service. In most cases your calls will
simply be re-routed around the problematic area. This service is provided to assist customers
in diagnosing faults on their network by knowing more about what is happening on the FaktorTel
network.
Please keep an eye on the written notifications below in the event of a problem for a larger
problem description.

There is currently an interconnect issue affecting the Vodafone, Telstra and Optus mobile networks in Australia, the issue may be causing some calls to be unable to be connected. Vodafone engineers are currently working on the issue and expect to have it resolved shortly. We appologise for the inconvenience this may cause for some users.

Thursday August 28th 2008 - 4:01pm - UPDATE - Australian Mobile Networks
Connections between mobile networks are slowly being fixed by vodafone, telstra and optus engineers. Currently we are experiencing intermittent calls to these networks. We have been advised by the mobile carriers that this should be resolved shortly.
