A DID Number is a number which is connected to a FaktorTel Point Of Presence in a FaktorTel connected City area. These numbers are not portable, however may be issued out of your locality.

Most packages include a free DID.

An ACMA issued number is a number issued by FaktorTel on behalf of the ACMA. This number can be provisioned in upto 650 locations across Australia and may be ported away from FaktorTel at any time.
