    The following is a list of the most frequently asked questions we receive about the FaktorTel reseller program:

    Q: Are the customers I signup managed by myself or FaktorTel?
    A: Any customer you signup to your account is your customer. You are a true white label reseller and FaktorTel will not contact your customers.

    Q: Who does Technical support for my customers?
    A: It is your responsibility to support your own customer base. FaktorTel support staff have no access to your customers through their support consoles and thus are unable to provide customer support. However FaktorTel will support direct FaktorTel resellers. E.g. FaktorTel will support and provide support material to FaktorTel resellers but not their customers.

    Q: Can I set my own calling package?
    A: Yes, inside your web interface you can set your own calling packages. Your calling plans allow you to set such things as the cost of your calls, the cost of flagfall, calling caps and billing increments.

    Q: Can I have multiple calling packages?
    A: Yes, You can have as many different calling packages as your need. You can set different packages for different customers or you can set one package that you use for all customers, or mix and match.

    Q: How many customers can I have connected?
    A: FaktorTel uses a growing cluster of servers to allow you to service an almost unlimited number of customers. As your customer base grows FaktorTel's network will be able to accomodate your required calling levels.

    Q: How long has FaktorTel been around and why should I trust you?
    A: FaktorTel has been in the VOIP industry since mid 2004 and is one of the largest independant VOIP providers in Australia. We currently have points of presense in Sydney and Brisbane and offices located on the Gold Coast. FaktorTels network is designed for redundancy and is connected to almost all of the major carriers in Australia. As a FaktorTel reseller there is no need to worry about FaktorTels presense in the Industry.

    Q: Can I make competative packages against other VOIP Providers?
    A: Yes, By accessing the massive buying power of the FaktorTel network no matter what size your business is you will be able to compete call for call with the largest providers in the industry.

    Q: Can I list emergency services details?
    A: Yes, your reseller web interface allows you to list emergency services details for all of your customers into the Australian Integrated Public Number Database.

    Q: Can I set outbound CallerID?
    A: Yes, you have the ability to set outbound callerID and Trusted CallerID for your customers as they need it.
