The FaktorTel VOIP Resellers Program allows you to become your own VOIP service provider without the need to invest in infrastructure, enterprise equiment or large network roll-outs.

To do this we provide you with an easy to use web interface which gives the ability to add customers, assign incoming numbers, set outgoing lines, set callerID preferences, international dialling and the ability to set your own custom call rates and send out invoices to your customers. Here's how it all works:

1. You are provided with a FaktorTel reseller login. This login gives you access to the web interface where you manage your customers.
   
   
2. You can now setup a customer such as "John Smith" on your web interface by entering their details. This customer is your customer, FaktorTel does not contact this customer with any information.
   
   
3. You assign "x" number of lines to a customer and "x" number of DID's. These come off your balance for these services. We call these "Resources".
   
   
4. Once you are happy with the account setup the way it is you can then "Activate" the account for calling. Once you have done this any calls the customer makes will be saved to their account and billed at the call rates you have specified for them.
   
   
5. At the end of the billing period your invoices will be sent to your customers for payment.
