FaktorTel - VOIP Reseller - Resources
The FaktorTel reseller package is driven by Resources. These are items that you can allocate to your customers. The current
resources which you can allocate / purchase are:
1) Lines - Pricing
2) Incoming Numbers (Local Numbers) - Pricing
3) DID Numbers - Pricing
4) Hosted PBXs - Pricing
These can all be purchased from within your Reseller Portal
You can purchase any of these from FaktorTel and then allocate them to your customers any way you want. For example you receive your reseller account and you have a corporate customer you want to connect. The customer needs 20 lines and 50 Incoming numbers.
You would purchase 20 lines from FaktorTel and a 50 number block, these would be added to your account and would be ready for "allocation" any way you wanted. In this instance you would simply allocate all 20 lines and 50 numbers to your corporate customer.
Note: You can purchase blocks of resources and spread them round multiple customers. E.g. You could purchase 10 lines and allocate 5 lines to one customer, 3 lines to another and 2 lines to another.
Please see the examples below for more on allocating resources:
The customers we have are, 2 residential customers and one corporate customer. What we have done is allocated 1 line each to the two residential properties and also given them an incoming phone number. We have then allocated 8 lines to the corporate office and given them 100 telephone numbers. - Each of the 100 telephone numbers may be assigned to a different phone in the office, but only 8 outgoing or incoming calls can be received at any one time.

EXAMPLE #2 - Assigning All Resources to one customer
The following example shows how you can allocate all the resources on your account too one large customer. In this example
we allocate 20 lines and 50 incoming numbers to one large corporate customer.
EXAMPLE #2 - Multiple Customers Resources
The following is an example of how you could allocate your resources, in this scenario we have 10 Lines to allocate,
we have 2 incoming numbers and a single 100 number block.
