  • If the customer cancels the account before 12 months the customer will be charged $84.99 for the device.
  • Charges for the customers package are not payable for the 12 period if cancelled, this is not a contact term for the package, only the value of the device will be redeemed from the customer via the customers credit card upon cancellation.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee Conditions: If a free device has been provided period then the device must either:
  • Be returned in it's original packaging for re-distribution. (A re-stocking fee of $20 applies)

Device Returns / Faults:

 

  • Before sending a faulty device, the customer must discuss their device problems with our technical support staff via email or phone. Devices shipped without explanation or identification will simply be returned.
  • If the device is deemed un-repairable a new device will be sent to the customer.
  • If the device is repairable the repaired device will be sent to the customer.
  • A new device will be sent within 5 days of receipt of the old device where possible.
  • Customer may not return the device for a refund as the device has been provided free of charge.
  • In the event that a devices packaging cannot be returned along with it for repair and replacement is required a non-packaged replacement will be sent to the customer.
