Setting Up Your NetComm NB9 and NB9W With FaktorTel

---

1. Open up your Web Browser (Internet Explorer)

2. Put in the IP address of the unit in to the address bar (Usually 192.168.1.1)

3. Log into the modem using the details below.

    i. Username = admin

    ii. Password = admin

4. Click on "Voice" on your left hand side.

5. You will only need to input the following details.

    i. Tick “Use SIP Proxy”

    ii. SIP Proxy = sip.faktortel.com.au

    iii. SIP Port = 5060

    iv. SIP Proxy Domain = sip.faktortel.com.au



    v. DispName = FaktorTel Number (Supplied in Email)

    vi. Extension = FaktorTel Number (Supplied in Email)

    vii. AuthName = FaktorTel Number (Supplied in Email)

    viii. Password = FaktorTel Password (Supplied in Email)



6. Click on Apply

7. To double check everything is fine just Click back on “Home”

If it says “Register to the SIP Proxy Succeed” you are up and running.

8. Your device should now be connected to FaktorTel.
