Setting Up Your NetComm V100 With FaktorTel
The first thing you need to do is plug your handset, power and internet connection(WAN) into the V100.
Next you need to download the latest version of the NetComm V100 PCTool from the NetComm website.

Once you have downloaded and installed the NetComm V100 PCTool, simply run it and you will see the following screen:
Click the 'SIP' tab along the top to take you to the next screen.
On this next screen type in the following information into the following fields:
- User Name: Your Faktortel number (09 number that came with your account).
- Display Name: This is your caller ID name.
- Proxy / Registrar Info: sip.faktortel.com.au
- Domain Info: sip.faktortel.com.au
- Auth. User Name: Your Faktortel number (09 number that came with your account).
- Auth. Password: Your Faktortel password (this should have come with your Faktortel number).
Then click 'Apply' to save the settings.
Now click on the 'STUN' tab along the top to take you to the next screen then fill in the following fields:
- STUN: Enable
- STUN IP or Domain Name: stun1.faktortel.com.au
Then click 'Apply' to save the settings.
Your device should now be connected to FaktorTel!
If you pick up the handset now you should hear a dial tone.
