FaktorTel operates two billing periods, one for monthly charges such as package fees and phone numbers, and another for calls made.
Both billing periods are charged based on monies owing on the 21st of each month, and are generally charged 3-5 working days after invoicing on the 22nd.
When a FaktorTel account is opened, monthly fees are based on the calendar month, and are prorated to suit the date of sign up. This means that your initial signup may include either part of the current month, or part of the current month and all of next month, depending on if you sign up before or after the 22nd of the month, to bring the new account in line with every other FaktorTel customer.
Calls are billed based on calls made from the 22nd to 21st inclusive each month, and are charged along with the monthly fees and phone number charges.
