The Basics
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, in most circumstances you are able to keep your existing phone number.
FaktorTel offers Local Number Portability, see HERE for details. You may also be able to request a new incoming number in your local area.
You may also choose to use the FaktorTel Advanced VoIP Box which allows you to keep your existing phone number for incoming calls, by connecting your existing phone line to it.
