You must first determine what IP address it received.
To do this, on the phone dial pad, press the "envelope" button and then press the button under the LCD screen word "save". The IP address displayed will look like numbers with full stops in the middle. (e.g. 10.1.2.34 or 192.13.4.21) write this number down.
Open your web browser.
Step 3:Enter the address: http://IPADDRESS in your browser, replacing the word "IPADDRESS" with the number you wrote down in step 1. E.g: http://10.1.2.3
Step 4:Click on the "Admin Login" button near the top right side of the screen, then click on the "Ext 1" tab.
Step 5:You need to modify only a few parameters from the factory default. They are listed here:
Go back to the top of the page and click on the "SIP" tab.
Step 7:Scroll to RTP Parameters:
Scroll down the page and you will see to settings please make them the same as below:
Now scroll down to the very bottom of the page and Click Save Settings and wait for device to Reboot
Step 10:Your device should now be connected to FaktorTel.
