Troubleshooting
I have a DID, or Local Number, but when the number is called, my phone doesn't ring.
Firstly, please check that the party calling the DID hears a ringing tone when dialling the DID/Local Number.
If the calling party hears an engaged tone when dialling your number, please contact FaktorTel Technical Support.
If the calling party hears a ringing tone when dialling your number, please check that you have your phone plugged into either "Line 1" of your VoIP Box, or the phone port labeled "Phone" on your Advanced VoIP Box.
